PTI overseas leader Shahid Hussain ‘arrested’ in Lahore
Lahore: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) said its overseas leader Shahid Hussain has been “abducted” by the authorities.
Fawad Chaudhry, Dr Yasmin Rashid and several other PTI leaders called on the government to release Shahid Hussain who went missing on Thursday.
Hussain has been tasked with monitoring the PTI activities in the UK and other countries as the Focal Person to party chairman Imran Khan.
According to multiple accounts, he was arrested from Liberty Chowk.
Police have yet to make a statement on his arrest.
