Metawin:People warned of cryptocurrency scam

People have been warned of a cryptocurrency scam after a Twitter ad got more than 70 million views.

Users are being lured into investing in the scam being advertised on various social media platforms.

X, formerly known as Twitter , has added a “Readers added context” under an ad where a website Metawin.com is advertising “The World’s Largest Crypto Prize.”

“This is a cryptocurrency scam at the same time it is farming clicks, and views,” said the note added by Twitter.
