Fact-check: ‘The Simpsons’ did not predict Queen Elizabeth’s death
Some videos posted on social media has led people to believe that famous cartoon series “The Simpsons” had predicted the death of Queen Elizabeth who died last week at the age of 96.
The long-running series famously predicted Donald Trump’s rise to the presidency, the ending of HBO fantasy series “Game Of Thrones” and several other events but it didn’t not feature the death of the British monarch who was laid to rest on Monday.
Several social media users have also fact-checked the claims about The Simpsons predicting Queen Elizabeth’s death.
The false impression was created through edited pictures and TikTok videos online.
“The Simpsons” has also made the scariest prediction about India launching a nuclear attack against its western neighbor, Pakistan.
