Karachi model Iqra Saeed died of drug overdose

LAHORE: Police said on Wednesday that Iqra Saeed, a model from Karachi, died due to an apparent overdose of drug.

After examining the mobile phone of the deceased, police said the 22-year old model was in contact with three men identified as Hassan But, Usman and Umar, residents of Gulshan-e-Ravi.

The police revealed that the Iqra Saeed’s condition deteriorated after  using the Ice along with the three men who shifted her to the hospital  before disappearing.

The investigators said although the overdose appeared to be the casue of Iqra Saeed’s death, they were waiting for  post mortem  to ascertain the exact cause.

The police said they have lodged a case against the three men who have acquired bails.
