Komal Aziz reacts to PM Imran’s vulgarity remarks

Pakistani actress Komal Aziz Khan on Thursday put her weight behind Jemima Khan after the former wife of Prime Minister Imran Khan quoted a verse from the Holy Quran in response to his controversial remarks that seemed to link rape and sexual abuse to vulgarity.

The TV actress took to her Instagram stories to share the screenshot of Jemima’s tweet which contained an English language translation of a verse from Quran. After writing the Quranic verse, Jemima wrote,”The onus is on men”.

The premier has came under severe criticism since his remarks made during a telephonic question answer sessions with citizens of Pakistan.

While Khan has not issued any clarification, his aides have defended the prime minister, saying his remarks were taken out of context.
