Story behind Fiza and Shiza Twitter trend and memes

Some social media users are still wondering as to what started the Twitter trend Fiza and Shiza after thousands of tweets were posted under the hashtag Fiza.

It all started when a user shared a clip from the A Plus drama series Haqiqat’s episode titled “Judwaa”. In the episode which aired in February 2020, two brothers Faraz and Zain marry twin sisters Fiza and Shiza and end up in the wrong rooms on their wedding
night.

In the clip that has gone viral, the bride and her groom are taken aback when they reveal their identities after the wedding night.
