Abdul Qadir’s family refuses to visit Imran Khan for late cricketer’s Fateha

Lahore: The son of former cricket Abdul Qadir said his family refused to visit former prime minister Imran Khan who had invited them to his residence in Lahore to offer condolence and recite Fateha (prayers) for his late father.
Suleman Qadir said his mother took the decision not to visit Imran Khan’s home.

He said that Abdul Qadir died three years ago and it’s not appropriate to call the grieving family for condolence.
The late leg-spinner’s son said it is against local traditions to invite family of the deceased for Fateha.
