FC Captain Sikandar Sohail martyred in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Peshawar: A captain in Frontier Corps (FC), Sikandar Sohail, was reportedly martyred during an operation against militants in district Tank, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Dozens of Pakistani soldiers have lost their lives in the country’s war against terrorists who have intensified attack in recent months.

Hundreds of Pakistani Taliban are holed up in Afghanistan and have announced their plan to carry out attacks against Pakistani forces since the Afghan Taliban took over Kabul last month.

The Afghan Taliban, however, assured Islamabad that they would not allow anyone to use Afghan soil against any country. TTP has pledged allegiance to Afghan Taliban.
