Fish makes liquor halal: Maulana Salahuddin Ayubi

Islamabad: Chairman of parliament’s Anti-narcotics Committee Maulana Salahuddin Ayubi has said that Sharab (liquor) becomes halal if fish is mixed in it.

He was talking to Geo News reporter Azaz Syed. When asked if mixing sugar in alcohol can also make it halal, the cleric’s answer was in negative.

He explained that liquor is Haram but becomes vinegar when fish is mixed in it.
