Imran Khan’s long march will continue: notification asking PTI supporters to end protest declared fake
Islamabad: A notification asking the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers to end their long march and record their protest on social media is fake.
PTI leader Azhar Mashwani shared the notification on social media and said that it was fake.
The false notification issued with the name of PTI chief organizer Saidullah Khan Niazi directed the party workers to keep the long march symbolic.
Giving the reason behind the decision, the notification says the march started by Imran Khan had caused a decrease in the PTI’s popularity due to the difficulties it creates for the common people.
PTI opponents circulated the fake notification on social media websites and mocked Imran Khan and his supporters for taking another U-turn.
