Lahore Grammar School scandal shocks Pakistan

Lahore: Multiple students of Lahore Grammar School has accused actor Omair Rana and other teachers of sexual harassment.

The allegations emerged on social media after a Twitter user shared a number of screenshots of Instagram stories where a former student of the school accused Rana of sexual misconduct.

“So many girls had issues with his behaviour. He [used to] flirt and his body language was also inappropriate,” she said.

The accuser said that the administration refused to act against Omair Rana despite being informed of his behavior because he “was the very vital part of the school at that time”.

Some students said that the actor’s wife Maira Omair Rana who also works at the admin office of LGS was involved in victim blaming.
