Miangul Adnan Aurangzeb, head of Swat royal family, dies in road accident
Islamabad Miangul Shehzada Adnan Aurangzeb, the member of Swat’s royal family died in a road accident on Monday.
He died in a road accident while returning to Islamabad after attending a conference at Hazara University.
The former Member of the National Assembly was the son of former governor Miangul Aurangzeb. He had become the unofficial Wali Swat after the death of his father.
Family sources said that the body of Miangul Adnan was shifted to Swat for burial.
Addressing students at the Hazara University on Saturday, he said, “”If my story is incomplete then these students from Swat will complete my story.”
Miangul Adnan Aurangzeb was the maternal grandson of Pakistan’s former military ruler General Ayub Khan.
His funeral prayers would be held in Saidu Sharif on Tuesday.
