Ahmad Noorani’s wife arrives in US after filing for divorce

Pakistani journalist Ambreen Fatima arrived in the United States, days after she said she was attacked by unknown assailants.

Ambreen, who is the wife of journalist Ahmed Noorani and filed for divorce after the alleged attack, is reportedly staying in the US state of Pennsylvania.

Motives behind her US visit were not immediately known.

Ahmad Noorani’s recent posts on social media suggest that he thinks the attack on his wife and children was a drama staged to pave the way for Ambreen’s departure to the US.
