Australia Eid-ul-Fitr 2023 moonsighting on Friday

Moonsighting Australia, a body of Islamic clerics, has announced that it would start looking for moon on Friday, the 29th of Ramadan.

It said that after sighting of the crescent, the decision to observe Eid-ul-Fitr will be announced.

The statement said that Eid-ul-Fitr would be celebrated either on April 22 or April 24 based on the moonsighting evidence.
