Karachi weather update: Saturday 14-01-2023

Karachi: Minimum temperature in Karachi dropped to 7 to 9 degrees Celsius on Saturday, according to the Pakiatan Meteorological Department (PMD).

Private forecaster Pakweather.com said temperature in Karachi’s Malir Cantt area dropped to below 3 degrees Celsius in the morning.

The ratio of humidity would remain between 20 to 30 percent in the city.

Meanwhile, mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, very cold weather is likely in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, North Balochistan and Pothohar region. Dense foggy conditions are likely over plain areas of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Upper Sindh. Frost is also expected at isolated places in Pothohar region and Kashmir during the period.
