Who is Colonel (retd) Liaquat Ali Waseem?

Islamabad: An in-charge of a key intelligence agency has resigned from his position, according to Geo News reporter Azaz Syed.

While he did not disclose the name of the officer, another senior journalist Mubashir Zaidi said the officer’s name is Colonel (retd) Liaquat Ali Waseem of ISI.

Azaz said the officer resigned over health and political reasons.
