BYKEA apologizes after Pakistan abused on its app

Ride hailing service BYKEA apologized after its app was apparently hacked.
Abusive words started appearing on the service’s app when customers opened it on Tuesday.
The abusive words seen displaying on the app are often used against Pakistan by some Indian social media users.
In a statement issued after the incident, BYKEA said, “We apologize for the inappropriate messaging sent through BYKEA. We can confirm that this was a third party communication tool which got compromised. Our team has restored it.
