Six Pakistani-origin men missing after Christchurch shooting in New Zealand

ISLAMABAD: Six Pakistani-origin men are reportedly missing after Christchurch shooting at two mosques in New Zealand on Friday.
The Pakistani-origin men missing after the shooting have been identified as Haroon Mahmood(40), Muhammad Suhail Shahid (36), Syed Areeb Ahmed (27), Syed Jahandad Ali (34), Talha Naeem(21) and Mohammad Zahid.
Police have yet to confirm the nationalities of the victims of shooting that killed at least 49 people.
Pakistan High Commissioner in New Zealand told Hum News that they are in touch with the families of Christchurch Shooting.
Pakistan Foreign Office said four Pakistani nationals were injured in Chirstchurch shooting in New Zealand.
A spokesman said five Pakistanis were missing after the incident in New Zealand, adding that the Foreign Office has yet to receive detalis about the Pakistani men reported missing
Reacting to reports about Pakistani men missing after the incident, Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry said “this act is nothing but terrorism, West needs bigger actions against such extremist groups you guys need to do more to curb extremism … immediate steps”.
