Journalist Waqar Satti draws flak for posting video against Imran Khan

Islamabad: Journalist Waqar Satti is under fire for sharing a video against former prime minister Imran Khan.

Thousands of PTI supporters took to social media to record their protest against the Islamabad-based journalist.

Khan’s supporters accused Satti of incitingg violence against their leader by fanning religious hatred against him.

Satti’s video contained some purported statements of Imran Khan and alleged that he has been insulting the religion.

PTI supporters requested Twitter to take action against the journalist for spreading hatred against the former prime minister.

Meanwhile, Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam has issued a statement to support the journalist.
