SECCAP form 2020: How to apply for college admission in Sindh,Karachi

Sindh government’s College Education Department has approved the procedure for granting the admissions to class FIrst Year for the session 2020-2021 in the Government Collages of Sindh Under Sindh Electronic Centralized College Admission Program (SECCAP 2020).

The students from Karachi are required to fill their admission forms online. The announcement has left the students worried because the website  “www.sindhcollegeeducation.gov.pk/seccap” doesn’t seem to be working.
