Twitter trend goes wrong as Rashid Khan plays PSL match

Rashid Khan was part of Lahore Qalandar team squad during his first match in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) on Sunday. The Afghan spinner helped his team won against Peshawar Zalmi with his outstanding performance. Khan conceded only 14 in four overs, with no batsman being able to hit the ball even for a double.

Rashid Khan became Twitter trend in Pakistan as cricket fans showered praises on the player for his excellent bowling.

Eagle-eyed fans couldn’t help but notice that Rashid Khan’s name trended on Twitter under “Indian Premier League (IPL)” topic which several fans said was a blunder on the part of the micro blogging website.
