Women’s Day: Gul Panra features in ‘The News Women Power 50’

LAHORE: Gul Panra featured in “The News Women Power 50” on International Women’s Day.

Jang Group, the Pakistan’s largest media group, asks people to vote for women who they think should feature in “The News Women Power 50” for their achievements in the filed of Music, Media, Entertainment, Education, Arts and Literature, Business, Politics, Public Service, Social Welfare and Sports.

“The News Women Power 50 recognises the achievements of women currently working in their respective fields in Pakistan,” the group said on its website.

Other women from music industry who appeared on the list beside Gul Panra are :Abida Parveen, Aima Baig, Momina Mustehsan and Quratulain Balouch.

Gul Panra shared the photo of the The News magazine cover on her Instagram with caption: “In the list of power women”.
