‘9999’: How to donate Rs 10 to Prime Minister’s Flood Relief Fund
Islamabad: The government of Pakistan has issued a a short code “9999” which can be used for sending donations to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund.
A notification to this effect has been issued by Pakistan Telecommunication on the directives of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
By sending an SMS ‘Fund’ to 9999, the citizens can donate ten rupees in the relief fund.
All the cellular operators will inform the National Disaster Management Authority about the donations collected through this way.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif appealed to the the people including overseas Pakistanis, philanthropists and organizations to donate money in the relief fund for the help of flood affected people.
The donations can be deposited in the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund 2022 Account No.’G-12164′.
