Pakistani scholar Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza talked about the Sialkot tragedy that saw a mob kill a Sri Lankan manager of a sports factory over blasphemy in his latest sermon.
The religious scholar, who is known for criticizing mainstream religious parties, held the state responsible for what happened in Sialkot.
