Islamabad: Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has sparked outrage with his statement that he would send Imran Khan to Mirchi Ward of Balochistan’s notorious prison Mach Jail.
Many people are wondering about the Mirchi Ward of the infamous jail that was built in 1929.
Barrack number 9th of the Mach Jail is called Mirchi Ward, which is different from “A”, “B” and Death Cell.
It is a dark and narrow room allocated for violent prisoners who are kept there in solitary confinement.
No food or water is provided to the inmate in the Mirchi Ward until he submits a written apology.
