Monsoon rains expected from 30th June in Pakistan: Met Office
Islamabad: The Met Office on Tuesday said several parts of Pakiatan would start receiving monsoon rains from 30 June after moist currents from Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal enter upper parts of the country.
It said the currents would intensify and expand to southern parts of the country by the end of this week.
Karachi and Hyderabad are likely to receive rains from 3rd to 5th June under the current system.
Most parts of Pakistan are witnessing extremely hot weather for the last few days , with temperatures crossing 45 degrees Celsius in several cities.
