Aamir Liaquat’s children refuse to allow post mortem of their father

Karachi: Aamir Liaquat’s former wife and mother of his two children on Thursday issued a statement on his demise.

Dr Bushra Iqbal said that Liaquat’s two children Ahmed Aamir and Duaye Aamir have decide not to allow post mortem of their father.

A court on Friday allowed the family of Aamir Liaquat Hussain to receive dead body without post-mortem but after fulfilling legal formalities under section 174, which includes examination by the police surgeon.

Bushra Iqbal said that the funeral prayers would be offered at a mosque near Abdullah Shah Ghazi’ shrine and he would be laid to rest in the promises of the shrine in Clifton.

She said that those willing to offer Fateha can visit their residence in Khudadad Colony on Kashmir Road.
