Millions of people have seen posts on X, formerly Twitter, featuring a black flag flying above the tomb of a shrine in Iran.
User Jackson Hinkle claimed that the raising of black flag on the shrine means “call for war of vengeance.
He was referring to a the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestinians in Gaza.
Some people believe that Iran has declared a war on Israel to avenge Israeli attacks on Gaza by hoisting the black flag.
It is pertinent to mention here that the raising of the flag does not necessarily mean declaration of Jihad or a holy war against the enemies of Muslims.
