Absa Komal to host ‘Newseye’ on Dawn News

Islamabad: Former Geo News anchor Absa Komal has joined Dawn News upon her return from the United States, she said on Friday.

Absa would be hosting Dawn News current affair program “Newseye” from Monday to Friday at 7:05 pm.

Taking to social media, she wrote, “On the crossroads of yet another exciting new chapter, I’m humbled yet thrilled for this new role with
@Dawn_News Dawn is an institution that has upheld true journalistic values that we have all grown up respecting”.

She previously hosted Geo’s popular talk show “Report Card” after reading news on the same channel for a couple of years.
