Just being mindful of positive / negative emotions you are having gives yourself power over them. โ˜˜๏ธI vent it out and talk to my friends and family. . โ˜˜๏ธI watch humour and uplifting shows/ movies vs dark and sad ones . โ˜˜๏ธI listen to a lot of music and sing / dance . โ˜˜๏ธI grab that chocolate, popcorn, delicious cold coffee etc and give myself a break with a treat but again everything in moderation. . โ˜˜๏ธI remind myself of all that is going right and what I am grateful for . โ˜˜๏ธI workout. It lifts your happy hormone instantly and is a daily dose of happy hormones to fight blues . โ˜˜๏ธI ensure I get enough ๐ŸŒž sun which again is good for lifting your mood. โ˜˜๏ธI read a lot of good inspiring books or articles. Knowledge is power. . โ˜˜๏ธTouch is so important. So I hug my family a lot and it's normal now in our home of two boys that we hug constantly for no reason at all. It's said that we need at least 12 hugs a day I believe! Please hug and teach your boys especially how important it is! : โ˜˜๏ธArt is wonderful . Colouring, sketching is also very therapeutic . โ˜˜๏ธSometimes when life is a mess, tidying up your space can somehow make you feel sorted. โ˜˜๏ธ Don't look at the news in the morning. And if you really don't need to see too much of the news than avoid it. It's just at times too much to see the numbers of covid all the negativity that is happening when one is already in a stressed mood. .. . What do you do to keep yourself Mentally Strong?? . . The last Aishwarya starred in ‘Fanne Khan’ released in 2018. But the film did not do well at the box office.

Before that, Aishwarya appeared in ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’. The film became a superduper hit. But instead of Aishwarya, the credit goes to Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor.
