Chal Mera Putt banned in Pakistan

Lahore: Chal Mera Putt was all set to be released in Pakistan since it also features some prominent Pakistani actors.

But the cinema goers have been left disappointed by the reports that authorities have banned the movie in Pakistan.

A local journalist said the film was banned since it is an Indian movie.

He said some local filmmakers in Punjab had raised objections over the release of the movie.

He said it was also possible that the authorities would lift the ban in the coming days.

Directed by Janjot Singh, Chal Mera Putt stars Amrinder Gill and Simi Chahal, with Iftikhar Thakur, Nasir Chinyoti, Akram Udas, Hardeep Gill and Gurshabad in supporting roles.
