Deepika Padukone’s manager Karishma Prakash accused of leaking drug video call

A number of Bollywood actresses, including Deepika Padukone, have been named in a drug probe into the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. He has since been summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau to appear on different dates. Meanwhile, there are reports that Deepika has blamed her manager Karisma for her name after her name came up in the case. She says Karisma leaked the drug chat in front of the NCB.

According to Republic TV, Deepika is now pressuring Karisma not to reveal any secrets or so much information. According to the channel, Deepika’s manager and employees of ‘Kwan’ company, Karishma Prakash and Jaya Saha, made revelations about drug secrets to the NCB and leaked drug chats in front of them.

Discussions have begun with a legal team of 12 lawyers
On the other hand, after receiving summons from NCB, Deepika is reported to have discussed with her 12-member legal team via video call to plan further strategy. This time, it is understood that her husband Ranveer Singh and some people from ‘Kwan’ company are present with her in this video call.

Deepika gets stuck after coming across drug chat
The NCB has got WhatsApp chats of Deepika and her talent manager Karishma Prakash regarding drugs. These chats are from October 2017. In it, Deepika asks Karisma about ‘goods’. Deepika had asked her about Hash and Weed. So Karisma had told her she had it.

The NCB summoned all four actresses
The NCB on Wednesday summoned four actresses for questioning following the interrogation of talent manager Jaya Saha. The NCB has summoned actresses Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh for questioning on different days. Rakul Preet Singh was called today. However, she refused to go for questioning on the pretext that she had not received the summons and has now been summoned on September 25. Deepika has also been called on the same day. Shraddha and Sara want to appear on the 26th.

After receiving the summons, Deepika returned to Mumbai
Deepika had been in Goa for the past several days for the shooting of one of her upcoming films, but she returned to Mumbai on a charter plane on Thursday after receiving an NCB summons.

The names of many celebs have come to the fore
Actress Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet Singh, Shraddha Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Dia Mirza, Namrata Shirodkar, fashion designer Simon Khambata and producer Madhu Montana have been named in the case so far. On Wednesday, the NCB questioned Madhu Montana.
