Ertugrul: Noyan’s lookalike spotted in Pakistan

Turkish TV series “Dirilis:Ertugrul” has become a household name in Pakistan after the country’s state-run TV channel started airing it with Urdu dubbing on the directives of prime minister Imran Khan.

The series is so popular in Pakistan that it oftes starts trending on Twitter, with user praising the production.

During one of these social media discussions, a local journalist asked the people to name their favorite villain from the series.

Twitter users were visibly divided as many of them chose Sadettin Kopek while a large number said they were impressed with Noyan.

It was during this debate that a fan shared a picture of a fellow Pakistani who had an uncanny resemblance to Noyan.

The role of Noyan, a Mangol warrior, was played by Baris Bagci.

In the picture circulating on social media, his Pakistani doppelganger apparently belongs to Balochistan, Pakistan’s southwestern province.
