Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik recently got back together and their religion came under discussion when rumors started swirling that they are expecting a child.

The rumors started a debate about having a child out of wedlock which is prohibited in Islam.

Zayn Malik, who comes from Pakistani origin Muslim family, shocked the world with his statement that he is no longer a Muslim.

On the other hand while Gigi Hadid has avoided discussing her religion her model sister Bella Hadid famously said in an interview that she is proud to be a Muslim by religion and proud to be Palestinian.
