Mehwish Hayat trolled on Twitter over a fake viral video

Pakistan’s top actress Mehwish Hayat was bullied online over a purported video that had been doing the round on social media for a couple of last days.

Sources close to the actress said the video is “fake” and does not feature Mehwish Hayat but WhatsApp users were observed spreading the lewd clip.

While no user was able to post the video on Twitter due to strict policies, many of them flooded Mehwish Hayat with questions about the viral video as the actress took to the micro blogging website to share a random photo.

Several users posted insulting messages while a couple of them went on to post screenshots of the inappropriate video.
