Nawazuddin Siddiqui charged with rape and cheating on wife

Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s troubles are now on the rise. His wife Alia Siddiqui alias Anjana Kishore Pandey has lodged a written complaint alleging rape and cheating. A complaint has been lodged at the Versova police station in Mumbai. According to the latest information, the police can file an FIR today on Alia’s complaint.

Alia’s lawyer Adnan Sheikh issued a statement after the complaint was lodged, saying, “My client has lodged a detailed written complaint with the Versova police station about rape and fraud. An FIR is expected soon.” According to Alia’s lawyers, Bhadavi had lodged a complaint under sections 375, 376 (k), 376 (n), 420 and 493. Alia had sent a divorce notice to Nawazuddin a few months back.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui did not want to comment on the complaint. Nawazuddin’s brother Shams was also accused of molestation by Alia. Shams had claimed that Alia was doing it for all the money. However, in an interview, Alia has denied all the allegations.

Alia has already filed a case against the family

On July 27, Alia lodged an FIR with Mumbai’s Versova police station alleging domestic violence against Nawaz, his mother and three brothers. As the case was not from Mumbai, the complaint was transferred to Budhana in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Here Alia had to go to record her answer.

Nawaz is currently in his hometown

Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been at his hometown of Budhana since Kovid-19 lockdown. His brother Faizuddin Siddiqui had given an explanation on behalf of Nawazuddin’s family after Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife Alia lodged a complaint in Mumbai. Alia and her brother Nawazuddin were divorced and he had made false allegations against his family.
