Shakira separates from footballer Gerard Pique after cheating scandal

Shakira has decided to part ways with her long time partner footballer Gerard Pique, said a statement.

The Colombian superstar Shakira and FC Barcelona defender Gerard Pique said Saturday they were calling time on their relationship of more than a decade. The couple share two children.

The statement came days after Gerard was accused of having an affair with the mother of another footballer.
