Shweta Tiwari contracts coronavirus, makers of ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’ show decide to postpone shooting

Famous television actress Shweta Tiwari has also been hit by Corona infection. The shooting of ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’ show was stopped a few days ago due to the quarantine of lead actor Varun Badola, after which the shooting has been stopped for a few more days now because of Shweta being Corona positive. The actress herself informed the production about her infection.

A source attached to the set confirmed that Shweta was infected. He said, “Yes, Shweta Tiwari’s Corona report has come positive. She had informed the production house about this on 21 September. However, the shooting of the show was stopped last week when Rajeshwari Sachdev, wife of actor Varun Badola. Corona was found infected. Varun has also quarantined himself home after reports of his wife coming positive. Also, all those who came in contact with him on the show’s set were instructed to take precautions”.
