SZA’s Romantic “Snooze” Music Video Takes a Wild Turn with Justin Bieber: You Won’t Believe the Surprises!

SZA’s highly successful second album, SOS, includes the deeply romantic track “Snooze,” which has now been given an intimate touch in its newly unveiled music video.

In the video, SZA is portrayed in cozy moments, engaging in activities like smoking, swimming, debating, and dancing. The cast includes notable figures such as Justin Bieber, Woody McClain from Power Book II, Young Mazino from Beef, and the renowned super-producer/songwriter Benny Blanco. Benny Blanco, who has collaborated with artists like Bieber and Ed Sheeran, is a close friend of SZA and joins in on the video.

Justin Bieber, who is featured on the extended remix of the song, attended SZA’s performance in Los Angeles this year, along with his wife Hailey.

Fans can look forward to an expanded version of SOS with reportedly 10 bonus tracks later this year. The album has already achieved double-platinum certification from the RIAA, with a remarkable 700 million streams worldwide.

SZA is the sole lyricist behind “Snooze,” a track produced and written by renowned figures like Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, the Rascals (Khris Riddick-Tynes, Leon Thomas), and BLK.

The success of “Snooze” is evident as it secured its place as the fourth No. 1 hit from the album. It climbed to the top of the Rhythm and Urban Mainstream radio charts, surpassing songs like “Kill Bill,” “Shirt,” and “I Hate U.”

The song continues its domination, maintaining the number one position on Billboard’s Hot R&B Songs chart for five weeks and the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart for nine weeks.

SZA is gearing up for the upcoming leg of her visually captivating SOS tour across North America. The tour is set to kick off on September 20 at Miami’s Kaseya Center. Check out the full list of tour dates below.
