Volodymyr Zelenskiy is the Ukrainian voice of Paddington Bear

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has received love and support from millions of people from across the world after he announced to fight Russia instead of fleeing the attack on his country.

The young Ukrainian leader is an actor and few people know that he has provided the voice of iconic bear “Paddington”in Ukraine.

In 2017, UNICEF and Vivendi announced a unique partnership with the iconic bear, Paddington, to help promote children’s rights around the world. Since then, this partnership raised £2million and brought Paddington’s learnings from the rest of the world to the comfort of a lot of children’s homes.

As well as a range of exciting products, Paddington is also the face of UNICEF UK’s OutRight campaign which each year, in time for World Children’s Day, empowers children and young people in the UK to realise their own rights, and to speak out in support of the rights of all children.
