19 killed in Rahim Yar Khan motorway accident

Multan: At least 19 people were killed in a road accident on M-5 Motorway in Punjab’s Rahim Yar Khan district near Zahir Pir city.

According to initial reports, the incident took place on the Sukkur-Multan Motorway when a passenger van overturned after it’s tyre burst.

Passengers were being recovered from the van when another passenger coach collided with it.

The dead and injured were shifted to a near by hospital.

Identities of the victims were not immediately not known.
