Afghan Taliban name new government: Here’s the complete list of cabinet
Kabul: The Taliban drew from its inner high echelons to fill top posts in Afghanistan’s new government on Tuesday. Taliban supreme leader Haibatullah Akhundzada, in his first public statement since the Aug. 15 seizure of the capital Kabul by the Islamist insurgents, said the Taliban were committed to all international laws, treaties and commitments not in conflict with Islamic law.

Mullah Muhammad Hassan Akhund: Head of State of IEA (PM) Mullah Abdul Ghani Biradar: Deputy to Head of State Sirajuddin Haqqani: Interior Minister Mullah Yaqub, son of Mullah Omar: Defense Minister. He was head of military expedition before.
Mullah Abdul Haq Wasiq: Chief of Intelligence. Qari Fasihuddin : Chief of Army – he led Panjshir Ops. Maulvi Amir Khan Mutaaqi: Foreign Minister Khalil ur Rehman Haqqani: Minister of Refugees Maulvi Noorullah Munir: Education Minister.

Commenting on the appointments, Ashok Swain, an Indian origin political commentator said, “Mullah Abdul Hassan Akhunda will head Islamic Emirate government of Afghanistan with Mullah Baradar will be his deputy. Mullah Omar’s son Mullah Yaqoob, Defense Minister & Haqqani network’s Siraj Haqqani the Interior Minister. Pakistan prevailed!”
