After getting bail in Attock, Imran Riaz Khan arrested by Chakwal police

Islamabad: Anchor Imran Riaz Khan was arrested by Chakwal police after a judge in Attock granted him bail in a case registered in the district.

The bail was given in the wee hours of Thursday in an unprecedented proceedings held during the night.

The journalist would now be presented before a court in Chakwal where his lawyers believe they would secure bail.

Imran Riaz Khan has been accused of speaking against the army on his YouTube channel where he is followed by more than three million people.
