Arif Alvi, other PTI leaders held secret meeting with Lt.General Faiz Hameed says journalist
Islamabad: President Arif Alvi, Asad Umar and Pervez Khattak held a secret meeting with an army general posted in South Punjab, journalist Azaz Syed reported.
Speaking to Umer Cheema at their YouTube show TalkShock, the Geo News correspondent said that the meeting between the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders and Imran Khan’s “favorite general” took place at a house in Islamabad’s F-10 area.
Although, Syed did not name the general, people are convinced that he was refferring to former ISI chief and Bahawalpur Corps Commander Lt.General Faiz Hameed.
Without naming anyone, the journalist also claimed that a journalist and anchor known for his political loyalty to the PTI recently met General Faiz.
He said that the YouTuber started a campaign against the government at the behest of the general.
Azaz Syed said the government was also aware of the secret meeting between the PTI leaders and the general.
