Azam Swati arrested in Islamabad

Islamabad: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested PTI Senator Azam Swati early Sunday morning.

He was taken into custody during a raid at his house in Chak Shehzad hours after he delivered a fiery speech at the PTI rally in Rawalpindi.

Azam Swati on Saturday abused Army Chief Genera Qamar Javed Bajwa and senior ISI official Major General Faisal Naseer on Twitter.

The PTI Senator also recorded a video statement before surrendering before the FIA.
