Dawood family reacts to the death of Pakistani father-son duo in Titan submersible tragedy

Karachi: The family of the Pakistani father-son duo who died in Titan submersible tragedy has issued a statement after it was confirmed that the vessel’s debris has been found on the sea floor.

“It is with profound grief that we announce the passing of Shahzada and Suleman Dawood. Our beloved sons were abroad OceanGate’s Titan submersible that perished underwater.”

The Dawood family said, “We are grateful to all those involved in the rescue operations. Their untiring efforts were a source of strength for us during this time.”
