Earthquake hits Karachi

Karachi: A low intensity earthquake jolted parts of Karachi on late Thursday night.

According to the Pakiatan’s National Seismic Monitoring Center, a 2.9 magnitude earthquake struck at the depth of 30 kilometer, with its epicenter lying 10 kilometers west of Malir district.

The earthquake hit at 10:50 pm.

No loss of life and property was reported from any part of the metropolis.
