Education Minister Rana Tanveer condemned for attacking Imran Khan and his wife in NA speech

Islamabad: Federal Education Minister Rana Tanveer Hussain is under fire for using foul language against former prime minister Imran Khan.

Speaking in the National Assembly, the minister targeted Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi and justified police action on his Zaman Park residence.

He seemed to say that the government would avenge whatever was done to PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz during the previous government.

He then went out to attack Imran Khan and used inappropriate language while using the name of the father of the PTI chairman.

The minister was condemned for his choice of words in the National Assembly.

Speaker Raja Pervez Ashraf expunged his remarks from the proceeding.
