Gen Bajwa meets PM Imran Khan

Islamabad: Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Thursday called on Prime Minister Imran Khan.

According to a statement, national security matters and the situation in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir was discussed during the meeting.

It was the first meeting Gen Bajwa and the prime minister since the premier extended service of the army chief for three years.

The decision to grant extension to Gen Bajwa was widely hailed by PM Imran Khan’s supporters.
