General Bajwa reacts to FactFocus story

Islamabad: Chief of the Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) can interrogate his family members if any discrepancies are found in their assets declarations.

The army chief said that his family members are responsible for their actions.

It was revealed by senior journalist Ansar Abbasi, who is considered of the most credible investigative journalists in Pakistan.

Abbasi said General Bajwa’s reaction to Ahmed Noorani and FactFocus story was revealed to him though a source.

Abbasi said General Bajwa might not have any information regarding the assets of his daughter-in-law Mahnoor Sabir.

It was also not known whether Mahnoor’s father Sabir Mithoo also transferred wealth or other assets to his other daughters
